Letta's has some of the best authentic Bahamian food. The menu changes daily to reflect what is fresh and available. The one thing that never changes is the fantastic Rum Punches mixed to perfection by "Mr. Letta." Also, try the excellent homemade hot sauce.

_______ is located on the Queen's Highway and is run by Queenie, who retired after 20+ years at Stella Maris Resort. The food is authentic Bahamian seafood, lightly battered, fried perfectly, and served "family style." I asked how she made the food so perfect, but I was denied any information and told to come back anytime that I wanted more.
